Founded and operated by master machinist Mike Froelicher, Froelicher Machine Inc. is a certified AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 precision manufacturing facility located in Palm City, Florida. We specialize in flight-critical aircraft components, complex tooling, defense hardware, and high-tolerance industrial subassemblies.
Hurco 4th-axis vertical machining centers, dual Okuma Genos M560-V high-rigidity bridge mills, and Gen-Turn GS32 Swiss-type turning with bar feeders.
Certified by Auva Certification (UKAS accredited) for the "CNC and manual machining of aircraft parts and tooling" with complete FAI and CofC documentation.

Gen-Turn GS32 Swiss-type lathe with live tooling and Edge Rebel V-65 automatic servo bar feeder for high-volume micro precision shafts, connectors, and pins. Supported by Hurco TM 8 CNC lathe (8″ chuck, 2″ thru-spindle).
AS9100 Metrology
Isolated, temperature-stabilized inspection room featuring TESA Micro-Hite 900 and TESA-Hite 400 electronic height gages, calibrated grade-A granite plates, optical inspection, and full First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
Toolroom & Prep
Equipped for rapid prototype finishing and pre-machining: Cosen C-320NC automatic saw, DoALL band saw, Wilton 10′ roller saw, Bridgeport & 2 Acra 50″ DRO mills, Sharp 2680 & Nardin lathes, and Kent power-feed surface grinders.
